In Agent,

To configure Outgoing mail...

1. Go to Options | User and System Profile | System.
2. Select "Send email messages with SMTP."
3. In the "Email Server" box, enter: 127.0.0.1
4. Click o­n the "SMTP Authentication" button.
5. Select the "Login with username and password" option.
6. Enter the appropriate password and username.
7. Click o­n "Ok" to save the settings.

To configure Incoming mail...

1. Go to Options | Inbound Mail | System. (You may have to create an inbox first.)
2. Select "Receive email with POP."
3. In the "POP3 server" box, enter: 127.0.0.1
4. Select the "Login with username and password" option.
5. Enter the appropriate password and username.
6. Make sure that the APOP option is not checked.
7. Click o­n "Ok" to save the settings.
